Christiano Nascif, the mentor of the course, was a pioneer in management consulting for Agribusiness and nowadays he is a national reference in financial management of rural companies, training thousands of consultants and helping rural entrepreneurs to achieve excellent economic results.

The mentoring is for those who wish to develop a sense of management in dairy properties, with whom actually has expertise in the subject.

The mentoring covers milk production cost methodology, calculation and interpretation of technical and economic indicators, benchmarks and the practical application of the main indicators to be adopted when you are looking for profitability and sustainability in dairy cattle.

Christiano Nascif


Obtained his Bachelor's degree in Animal Science at the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV) and obtained his master's in ruminants production at the same university.

He is currently Labor Rural's director and also Superintendent of SENAR (National Rural Learning Service). He is also a regular speaker at conferences and workshops on topics related to economic, technical and financial management of rural properties.

He acted as coordinator of the Dairy Livestock Development Program and Training in Dairy Cattle Specialists Program (PDPL/PCEPL, a Project from the Federal University of Viçosa), as well as technical coordinator of projects in milk and coffee production from Brazilian Micro and Small Business Support Service (SEBRAE), as a technical consultant to Sebrae on projects in various areas of agribusiness and as a consultant on several projects in partnership with national and state-owned entities such as SENAR (National Rural Learning Service) and CNA (Brazilian Confederation of Agriculture and Livestock).

Marcelo Bianco


Obtained his Bachelor's degree in Animal Science at the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV). He is currently a milk farmer, with more than 20 years experience acting in the activity, and also a specialist consultant in intensive production systems. He is speaker on topics related to the management and nutrition of dairy cattle herds.

He acted as Technical Supervisor in a Project conducted by Brazilian Micro and Small Business Support Service (SEBRAE Educampo) and also as Technical Consultant of the same project in several cities in Minas Gerais state.
